Harmony day game at East Fremantle Dear Parents, On Saturday the 18th of March the WAFL season kicks off at East Fremantle oval with the Sharks taking on Claremont at 2.15pm. This game represents the start of Harmony week and as such the East Fremantle Football Club would like to welcome the Chung Wah Community to participate in the half time game. All participating students will be dressed in sharks’ Guernsey before the game. The entry for students, parents, grandparents or even accompanying friends and relatives are free. Here are some of the details: Details of the day: – Players are asked to arrive at the Moss st, East Fremantle, gate at 1.30pm. It is important all players and parents enter the ground at the specified time so the gate staff can let them all in, in one go. – The kids will be briefed and taken into the stands to watch the first quarter of the Sharks game. At quarter time the Chung Wah players will be taken into the change rooms to get ready. – At the start of half time of the WAFL game, the kids will run onto the oval to play in front of 2000 people. – After their game, the kids will be taken for a tour through the change rooms and will collect their gear/giveaways.
